Detailed Day-Wise Itinerary
Your journey begins with a smooth, hassle-free night pickup from your designated location in Chandigarh between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Settle into the plush seats of your private vehicle as you enjoy an overnight drive to the mountains.
As the sun rises on Day 1, you will arrive in the serene, hidden sanctuary of Barot Valley. Check into your accommodation, freshen up, and spend the rest of the day immersed in nature. Sit by the gushing waters of the Uhl River, visit the famous Barot Trout Farm, and take a refreshing walk through the cedar forests. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Barot.
Wake up to the crisp mountain breeze. After breakfast, we will leave Barot and drive towards Bir Billing. The real adventure begins as we drive you up the winding roads to Billing Top (8000ft altitude). Here, you can opt for an exhilarating 15-20 minute Tandem Paragliding flight, soaring like an eagle over lush green valleys before touching down safely at the Chougan landing site.
Post-flight, stretch your legs with a short trek to the pristine Bir Waterfalls. In the late afternoon, immerse yourself in the rich local Tibetan culture by visiting the Sakya Dirru Monastery and shopping at the Tibetan Colony Market. End your evening café-hopping in Bir and enjoy an overnight stay in the local area.
Start your final morning by diving into history with a visit to the magnificent Baijnath Shiv Temple. Built in 1204 AD, this stunning stone temple offers profound spiritual peace and incredible views of the snow-capped Dhauladhars.
From there, we will take a scenic drive to the sprawling, picturesque Palampur Tea Gardens. Take a walk among the tea leaves, learn about the local tea culture, and capture final photographs of the beautiful Kangra Valley. After exploring Palampur, we will begin our return journey.
